DeinBackshop is a project by Lehrmann GmbH for advanced hobby bakers as well as professionals.

Since 2004, around 500 large European baking companies and small bakeries have relied on our machines and baking accessories. Our experience has shown us that the range of professional tools for private use is still very poorly covered.

For this reason, we have been offering hobby bakers professional baking accessories from the “LEHRMANN” brand for home use since 2018.

We pay attention to the quality, universality and convenience of the items offered. All of our products have been tested by our team ourselves so that we can guarantee that they are particularly suitable for baking in conventional ovens.
