About Us

DeinBackshop is a project by Lehrmann GmbH for advanced hobby bakers as well as professionals.

Since 2004, around 500 large and small European bakeries have relied on our machines and baking accessories. Our experience has shown us that the range of professional tools for private use is still very limited.

For this reason, we have been offering hobby bakers professional baking accessories from the “LEHRMANN” brand for their home use since 2018.

But because of the fold on the side it doesn't fit into the slots in the AEG oven. It can only be used if it is placed on the shelf. I can't say anything about its durability as it has only been used once.

It fits perfectly in the oven and serves its purpose. It was already used as a base for casseroles but it didn't warp at 200°C. That's very good. Thank you very much and we'll be happy to use it again...
